TriFection hosts annual Christmas party and announces company award winners

annual company Christmas party and awards dinner

TriFection hosted its annual company Christmas party and awards dinner at the Houston Texans Grille restaurant in the CityCentre complex. We celebrated the spirit of the holiday season as well as the end of a very successful year for the company with our employees, contractors and vendors. The friendly staff treated us to a fun evening with good food & drinks, music and a plethora of high-definition TVs to watch all the live sporting events. We would like to thank those staff members for their hospitality, and we’d certainly recommend this venue for your next group outing.

The pinnacle of the night came when TriFection owners Jeff Roberts and Jeff Reina announced the following winners of company awards:

  • Rookie of the Year – Gina Gamez, Administrative Assistant. Among TriFection’s several new hires in 2014, Gina distinguished herself based on the quick-learning, excellent organization and superior work ethic she demonstrated. Gina is incredibly valuable to us as she supports many areas of the company, including sales, project management, accounting and human resources.
  • Breakthrough Performer – Nathan Buentello, Sales & Design Consultant. Nathan joined TriFection in 2011 and enjoyed a breakthrough year in 2014 as he more than doubled his previous high for annual sales volume. Over the last few years, he has worked hard to learn the TriFection system and various intricacies of the custom remodeling business. Those efforts are now paying off big-time.
  • Hustle Award – Armando Marquez, Master Painter. Finding, hiring and retaining highly skilled painters is no easy task, particularly given TriFection’s quality standards and strong business conditions in Houston. Our company’s growth has demanded an increase in capacity across many trades, especially painting and cabinet finishing. Armando hustled to find us additional talented painters, and as a result, we’ve been able to keep our clients very happy.
  • MVP Award – Stuart Whitehair, Project Manager. The MVP stands for “Most Valuable Player” and is the most prestigious TriFection award. Based on the collective feedback from owners Jeff Roberts & Jeff Reina, fellow employees, contractors, and our clients, it is given to the person who best demonstrates the knowledge, work ethic, client service and overall professionalism upon which TriFection has been built. Stuart exemplifies these qualities and has loyally served the company and our clients for the last several years. His award this year came as a surprise to no one, except perhaps Stuart.

TriFection is very proud to employ these true professionals. Please join us in congratulating them on their well-deserved awards!
