Job description:  Build custom cabinets in TriFection’s production facility, which is located in the Spring Branch area.  Perform interior carpentry work across Greater Houston, which may include, but is not limited to, the installation of custom cabinets, mouldings, decorative trims, interior doors, and some light framing.

Qualifications:

  • At least two years of residential carpentry experience (custom cabinetry experience preferred but not mandatory)
  • Experience with cabinet shop equipment, including table saw, cut off saw, joiner, planer, router, sander, etc.
  • Ability to understand cabinet shop drawings and blueprints
  • Excellent work ethic and a team player
  • Very strong attention to detail and ability to follow strict quality control standards
  • Willingness and ability to learn TriFection-specific custom cabinetry and other carpentry procedures
  • Commitment to a safe, clean work environment
  • Ownership of a reliable work truck and willingness to drive throughout Greater Houston

Job description:  Review project files in great detail and participate in planning meetings with the sales & design team. Lead onsite planning and logistics meetings with clients and sales & design team in advance of project start date. Coordinate with procurement team on the ordering and delivery of required materials. Prepare well-conceived project execution schedules in consultation with other project managers. Manage 5 to 7 projects in construction at any given time with strong onsite presence daily, ensuring quality control, safety and client satisfaction. Provide accurate project status updates to company management team and communicate effectively with clients. Recruit & train assistant project managers and highly skilled tradespeople.

Qualifications:

  • At least 10 years experience in the residential construction industry (custom kitchen & bath remodeling experience preferred)
  • Excellent work ethic and desire to advance
  • Recognition of top-quality craftsmanship and strong attention to detail
  • Good communication skills and team player
  • Reliable truck and willingness to cover the entire Greater Houston area

Job description:  Support senior project managers, superintendents and craftsmen with various tasks while learning the company’s operating procedures.  Review project files in great detail and participate in planning meetings with the sales & design team.  Attend onsite planning and logistics meetings with clients, project managers and sales & design team in advance of project start date.  Assist with the delivery and inspection of required materials, when necessary.  Inspect craftsmanship and work alongside master craftsmen onsite, when necessary.  Provide company management team and project managers with accurate, timely updates.  Recruit highly skilled tradespeople.

Qualifications:

  • Either 5+ years of experience in the residential construction industry (custom kitchen & bath remodeling experience preferred) OR a construction science degree from an accredited university
  • Excellent work ethic and desire to advance
  • Recognition of top-quality craftsmanship and strong attention to detail 
  • Good communication skills and team player
  • Reliable truck and willingness to cover the entire Greater Houston area

Job description:  Support experienced sales consultants in the initial qualification, evaluation, and selling of proposed remodeling projects.  Contribute to the in-house computer design process, including floor plans, elevations, and renderings.  Help manage a large number of relationships with current and former clients.  Promote the TriFection brand through various marketing efforts.

  • Proven track record of academic and/or professional achievement
  • Successful sales experience (residential-related sales preferred but not required)
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and client management skills
  • Comfort with goal-oriented base pay + commission structure
  • Strong work ethic, ambition, attention to detail, and high level of professionalism
  • Reliable vehicle and willingness to drive throughout Greater Houston
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Job description:  Support experienced selections consultants in the material selections process, including client choices for custom cabinetry, countertops, flooring, shower surrounds, fixtures, paint colors, etc.  Contribute to the in-house computer design process, including floor plans, elevations, and renderings.  Review material samples with clients and record final selections.  Prepare detailed files for project managers and tradespeople prior to project start dates.

  • Proven track record of academic and/or professional achievement
  • Academic and/or professional experience in residential design field
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and client management skills
  • Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and high level of professionalism
  • Reliable vehicle and willingness to drive throughout Greater Houston
  • Proficiency in a residential design program and Microsoft Office

Job description:  Support procurement managers in the ordering, tracking, and delivery of various custom cabinetry components and other remodeling materials.  Obtain costs for client selections from vendors. Review sales consultants’ bidding information to confirm accuracy and calculate actual cost variances.  Place orders and track shipments to confirm delivery dates.  File labor and material invoices.  Track cabinet shop inventory.

  • Proven track record of academic and/or professional achievement
  • Office management and procurement experience (residential-related business preferred but not mandatory)
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and record-keeping skills
  • Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and high level of professionalism
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 
  • Good math skills

Job description:  Produce highly detailed, precise residential floor plans, elevations, renderings, and cabinet shop drawings using TriFection’s preferred computer design programs.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of academic and/or professional achievement
  • Professional experience in residential design field, particularly custom cabinetry
  • High-level of proficiency in Cabinet Vision, Chief Architect, 20-20, AutoCAD, or comparable computer design program
  • Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and high level of professionalism
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Good math skills

Job description:  Answer phone and direct callers to the appropriate TriFection employee.  Distribute introductory company information to prospective clients via email.  Maintain accurate computer record of prospective clients.  Prepare client contracts and invoices for manager review.  Process payroll, expense reimbursements, contractor invoices, and overhead expenses.  File invoices and other paperwork.  Provide general administrative support to various company managers. 

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of academic and/or professional achievement
  • Administrative experience (residential-related business preferred but not mandatory)
  • Excellent organizational, phone, email, and record-keeping skills
  • Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and high level of professionalism
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 

Job description:  Manage continual recruiting effort for positions across the company.  Build industry relationships by attending networking events and career fairs.  Conduct interviews, process paperwork for new hires, and maintain personnel files.  Answer employee questions regarding company policies and procedures.  Administer employee performance reviews and assist employees with annual goal-writing.  Process payroll, expense reimbursements, and contractor invoices.  Evaluate options for employee benefits.

  • Proven track record of academic and/or professional achievement
  • Human resources experience (residential-related business preferred but not mandatory)
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to conduct effective interviews and employee performance reviews
