As we approach the end of 2014, TriFection owners Jeff Roberts and Jeff Reina would like to thank all of our employees, contractors, vendors and especially our clients for making this such a special year.
We made key personnel additions to our team, which allowed us to set a new company sales record for the fourth consecutive year. Homeowner recognition of our brand for top-quality custom craftsmanship and professional service across Greater Houston continued to grow rapidly. We once again received the Award for Excellence from the Better Business Bureau and maintained the best-possible “A” rating from Angie’s List. We made numerous operational improvements that increased our production capabilities and efficiency. We have enjoyed another accident-free year based on our constant emphasis on safety and cleanliness. Lastly, we formed more valuable relationships within the residential remodeling & construction industry, which will lead to future growth opportunities, and accepted an offer to join the Board of Directors of the Greater Houston Builders Association.
While our team earned these accomplishments through hard work and dedication, we feel extremely fortunate to be in this position. During this holiday season, we are reminded of the importance of giving back to our community. Therefore, we are pleased to announce our financial and volunteer support to the Texas Gulf Coast Chapter of the Make A Wish Foundation. This charitable organization does amazing things to make the wishes of children with life-threatening illnesses come true. We are very excited to offer contributions that can expand and enhance those experiences.
