Making the Kitchen Feel Bigger
This kitchen remodel called for the elimination of furdowns and upper cabinets above the peninsula. New custom cabinets would extend to the ceiling to provide additional storage. We also removed the old pantry closet in favor of the very popular TriFection pantry cabinet. 
We relocated the double ovens next to the refrigerator and included a microwave drawer to free up countertop space. Lastly, we widened the pathway between the peninsula the opposite row of cabinets. Combined with a much brighter color scheme and new LED lighting package, these changes make the kitchen feel far more spacious and modern.
Modern Kitchen Selections
Our clients identified their desired materials relatively quickly. They decided to transition from their existing stained plywood cabinets to solid wood, raised panel painted cabinets. 
Pure White from Sherwin Williams served as the cabinet paint color. For granite countertops, they discovered beautiful slabs of Viscount White from Arizona Tile. This stone, which comes from a quarry in India, features very distinct natural movement and attractive mix of gray, black and white colors. In addition, they picked polished Hampton Carrera backsplash tile and Unica Stone floor tile. Together, these selections deliver the desired bright look for the kitchen in a very cohesive manner. All new Bosch and Kitchen Aid appliances from Ferguson Bath, Kitchen & Lighting Gallery complete the package.
