To deliver best-in-class custom craftsmanship and service, TriFection must maintain very high quality standards for our employees and contractors. The skill and professionalism of our people differentiate TriFection from many other remodeling companies. Those same standards also apply to our chosen vendor partners. The performance of their products, such as appliances, fixtures, tile and paint, impacts the overall remodeling experience and the perception of the TriFection brand. For that reason, we diligently research various vendors before making recommendations to our clients. To be a trusted TriFection partner, companies must: 1) demonstrate a successful operating history, 2) manufacture innovative, attractive and durable products for reasonable prices, and 3) share our approach to client-friendly service and warranties. When it comes to choices in kitchen and bath plumbing fixtures, Kohler is the #1 company on TriFection’s list.
Kohler innovation continues to improve the kitchen and bath experience
The Kohler Company was founded in 1873 by John Michael Kohler, an ambitious Austrian immigrant. Inside a small factory in Sheboygan, Wisconsin, the company manufactured its first bathtub plumbing fixture: an enameled cast-iron horse trough / hog scalder sold as a bathtub. From those modest roots, the company has grown into a multi-billion-dollar enterprise that remains family-owned. Headquartered in Kohler, Wisconsin, it now employs over 30,000 people on six continents, with more than 50 manufacturing locations worldwide. Kohler’s mission statement expresses a mandate to innovate continuously and improve the daily lives of homeowners:
“The corporation and each associate have the mission of contributing to a higher level of gracious living for those who are touched by our products and services. Gracious living is marked by qualities of charm, good taste and generosity of spirit.”
TriFection and Kohler grow a longstanding relationship
Based on observations from our professionals and client feedback, Kohler has been the kitchen and bath plumbing fixture brand of choice at TriFection for a long time. TriFection owners Jeff Roberts and Jeff Reina both have chosen Kohler fixtures for recent bath remodels in their homes. As a result of TriFection’s leading presence in the Greater Houston residential remodeling market, Kohler officials hosted Jeff Roberts on a two-day personal tour of the company’s headquarters and production facilities in Kohler, Wisconsin. Jeff witnessed firsthand the technology, manufacturing efficiency and corporate spirit that drive Kohler’s success. He shared his “views from the field” with Kohler executives and exchanged ideas on new kitchen and bath products that would help our clients. Following that trip, Kohler Senior Sales Executive Eric Vandenberg, who manages the Texas region, conducted product training for the benefit of the TriFection sales and selections teams. These discussions have certainly strengthened the relationship between two best-in-class companies and reinforced TriFection’s decision to recommend Kohler exclusively for our clients’ kitchen and bath plumbing fixture needs.
