TriFection recently hosted a lively and enjoyable dinner in conjunction with Thermador and Elkay at the Ferguson showroom in Katy. We entertained several current and prospective clients with beer, wine and conversation as we learned how to prepare a delicious meal under the direction of a professional chef. We also browsed Ferguson’s stunning showroom to see the latest innovations in appliances and fixtures.

TriFection representatives in attendance included co-owners Jeff Roberts and Jeff Reina, Erin Roberts, Melanie Heinrich, and Adrian Hugon. Executive Chef Michelle Morris of Southern Cadence Cuisine, who TriFection and Ferguson had previously employed for a project completion celebration at a client’s home, led the entire group through the preparation of a short four-course meal. Having tasted Michelle’s professional cuisine before, we knew we were in for a treat.
Participants prepared mini-Caprese tartlets with a balsamic drizzle to start, followed by a crisp peach & arugula salad with gorgonzola dressing. A savory Mediterranean stuffed pork tenderloin with feta and olives, roasted ratatouille tomatoes, and saffron scented rice served as the main course. An irresistible sweet peach berry crisp with Blue Bell vanilla ice cream served as the grand finale of the evening.
TriFection would like to thank all of the attendees for the fun camaraderie. We certainly enjoy getting to know our clients and vendors on a more personal level.
