TriFection gears up for GHBA Charity Garage Sale – Donations welcome!

Trifection Charitable cause

Are you or someone you know about to get rid of building materials, appliances, hardware, or the like? Consider donating instead!  A TriFection tradition, we are excited about donating and volunteering time at the upcoming 10th Annual GHBA Remodelers Council Charity Garage Sale on September 23-24 at the Texas Home and Garden Show at NRG.

macProceeds from the garage sale go to the Greater Houston Builders Association Remodelers Council’s local charity projects at non-profit organizations, which offer a range of assistance throughout the community. In past years, the Remodelers Council has been able to help numerous nonprofit groups such as Casa de Esperanza, Family Time Crisis Shelter, SIRE Therapeutic Equestrian Center, ECHOS Community Center, Jacquelyn House, Open Door Mission, Habitat for Humanity and The Sonrise Shelter.

photo2At last year’s event, TriFection helped stage items for sale and load purchases for customers. We also donated a trailer full of well-maintained appliances. The 2016 garage sale netted $15,000 and funds were used for the RMC’s 2017 charity project. This past April, TriFection and other members of the Remodelers Council partnered with HomeAid Houston to update the homes of the young men and women at Agape Development’s Gateway Houses. We look forward to another exciting Garage Sale experience this year, and hope to see you there!
