TriFection recently hosted another exclusive cooking event in conjunction with Jenn-air and Pfister at the Ferguson Bath, Kitchen & Lighting Gallery showroom in Katy. We entertained several client couples with beer, wine and conversation as we learned how to prepare a delicious meal with hands-on instructions under the direction of a master chef. We also browsed Ferguson’s stunning showroom to see the latest innovations in appliances and fixtures.
TriFection representatives in attendance included co-owners Jeff Roberts and Jeff Reina along with selections manager Melanie Heinrich. Executive Chef Michelle Morris of Southern Cadence Cuisine led the entire group through the preparation of a delicious multi-course meal. We’ve worked with Michelle on numerous special events, so we knew everyone would be in for a treat.
Participants began the evening by preparing a very unique (and addictive) appetizer – Asian chicken wonton nachos. We then warmed our palates with Japanese onion soup. The main entree was seared salmon with coconut rice and mango pico de gallo. French macaroons and ice cream served as the grand finale of the evening.
TriFection would like to thank all of the attendees for the fun camaraderie. We certainly enjoyed the opportunity to know our clients and vendor representatives on a more personal level. Thank you to the Ferguson, Jenn-air, Pfister and Southern Cadence Cuisine teams for helping us organize and host this highly successful, first-class affair (special shout out to Lindsey Root and Courtney Turner at Ferguson). We’re already looking forward to the next one!!!
