TriFection hosted its annual Christmas party at Little Woodrow’s in Katy. Our employees, contractors, and vendors look forward to this fun event every year. In fact, we celebrate the Christmas season and announce our company award winners during this large affair. At the end of a challenging but successful year, we enjoy the camaraderie with all of our team members and significant others. Thanks to the Little Woodrow’s staff for the good food, drinks, and entertainment. Sorry you had to endure a few truly awful karaoke performances….Without further ado, here are the 2018 TriFection award winners:
Breakthrough Performer Award, Erica Murray
Erica produced outstanding numbers and client service as a sales consultant this year. She worked extremely hard to promote TriFection and achieve our ambitious goals. In fact, clients love her creative design ideas, responsiveness, and reassuring approach. Consequently, Erica has tremendous potential and a very bright future at TriFection.
TriFection Way Award, Gina Gamez
As TriFection’s administrative manager, Gina handles numerous matters involving our employees, contractors, and vendors. TriFection has well-defined internal procedures and a very high standard for professionalism, known as “The TriFection Way.” Gina follows those procedures as loyally as anyone, and she cares deeply about the well-being of the company.
Most Valuable Player Award, Javier Garza
The employee or contractor who demonstrates the best overall performance wins the coveted MVP Award. This year, that honor goes to Javier Garza. Javier carried a huge workload and performed brilliantly, particularly in the months following Hurricane Harvey. His advanced trade skills and strong commitment were invaluable to our efforts. Every client raves about the quality of his work, personable nature, and respect for their home. Additionally, he is always trying to learn more and teach others. Javier exemplifies the meaning of MVP.
Hall of Fame Inductee, Kevin Soberg
Kevin is a two-time MVP Award winner who is retiring in the spring. He has managed our custom cabinetry shop for the last several years. In that time, Kevin has completely transformed those operations. Under his leadership, we have improved production volume, efficiency, and quality with new equipment and technology. Moreover, we have assembled the best team of carpenters and cabinet finishers in Greater Houston. Kevin is only the second person to be recognized as a TriFection Hall of Famer. We will miss him greatly, and his numerous contributions will never be forgotten. Enjoy your upcoming retirement, Kevin!
CONGRATULATIONS TO ALL OF THE TRIFECTION AWARD WINNERS!
