Thank you and season’s greetings from the TriFection owners

As we close the books on 2015, TriFection owners Jeff Roberts and Jeff Reina would like to say thank you to all of our clients, employees, contractors and vendors for another tremendously successful year. Despite relatively weaker conditions in the local economy, we enjoyed record-breaking sales for the fifth consecutive year. This achievement is unique within our industry, and it speaks volumes about the growing recognition of the TriFection brand and clients’ strong loyalty to our custom craftsmanship and service. To all of our clients, thank you for trusting us to remodel your homes and sharing kind words about TriFection to your friends, family and neighbors. We greatly value our relationship with each of you and will always be available if you need us. To the hard-working men and women of TriFection and our outside partners, thank you for your efforts and dedication to the team every single day. You are an extremely impressive collection of professionals.  We are very appreciative and proud to work with you.

TriFection family gets bigger

In an effort to support our continued growth, we made several additions to the TriFection team in 2015, including a new human resources coordinator, architectural designer, sales assistant, selections assistant, office assistant, field operations assistant, carpenters as well as other tradesmen. As they settled into new roles and adapted to our company culture, their contributions this year were numerous and meaningful. They are excited about the opportunity for personal advancement within our organization, and we are equally excited about unlocking the full value of their diverse talents through effective training and development.

Search for a second home begins

As a result of the new hires and increased sales volume, our Spring Branch office space has become a bit cramped. Using some of our residential design skills, we rearranged furniture and equipment to get maximum productivity and storage from every square foot available. We also made improvements to our custom cabinet building and finishing shops. Nevertheless, given the positive trajectory of our business, we hope to open our first satellite sales & design office in the near future. Stay tuned…..

Giving back to our community

We continued our charitable activities in the community this year through our deep involvement with the Greater Houston Builder’s Association charity garage sale, which benefitted the Family Time Crisis & Counseling Center. This group’s mission is to provide services and programs to encourage the mental health and wellness of the community, as well as promote safety and support for the prevention of domestic and sexual violence. We also donated custom cabinetry and painting services as part of a renovation project for one of their shelters. Similarly, we made another sizable financial donation to the Texas Gulf Coast chapter of the Make A Wish Foundation. This non-profit arranges experiences, described as “wishes,” for children with life-threatening medical conditions. As owners of a family-oriented business and fathers, we maintain a special place in our hearts for less fortunate children, and we are proud our success allows us to give back annually to such a noble cause.

Season’s greetings and best wishes

In closing, we simply want to wish everyone connected to TriFection a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year. We hope 2016 brings good health, enjoyable times and overall prosperity to your families. Please keep in touch and let us know if you need our assistance with any matters. Take care.

Thank You
