Stuart Whitehair’s love of construction began in California at age 16 when he joined his brother-in-law’s construction company. It didn’t take long, though, for Stuart to strike out on his own. Two years later, he formed his own company, allowing him numerous opportunities to manage high-end projects—including some for professional athletes and celebrities.
Nearly five years ago, family and friends drew Stuart to Texas. The strength of Houston’s economy and quality of schools made the move an easy choice. He may be from California, but, as the saying goes, he got to Texas as quickly as he could.
Inviting him to join the TriFection team was an easy choice for us as well. A wealth of knowledge of the various trades gained through years of experience and his calm disposition, even during high-stress moments, make Stuart an excellent project manager.
Our team especially appreciates Stuart’s willingness to roll up his sleeves and get his hands dirty when deadlines demand it. His strong desire to get things done (and done right) makes him very popular with our clients as well.
Stuart, his wife of 21 years, Julie, and their two sons call Richmond home. Shawn, 20, is attending college. Meanwhile, Colton, 18, is a high school senior. Like their dad, they’re both big, strong guys. Well trained by their father in various aspects of residential construction, each has performed various tasks for TriFection to earn tuition or a little extra spending money.
In his spare time, Stuart is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys hunting, fishing and Texas wildlife. He also certainly knows his way around a grill. Stuart is often put in charge of the meat for TriFection team functions.
His all-around performance earned Stuart TriFection’s 2014 MVP Award, given annually to the employee or contractor who, as determined by client reviews and peer voting, best demonstrates the knowledge, work ethic, client service and overall professionalism upon which TriFection is built.
