After dealing with various home repair issues, our clients in the Lakes on Eldridge neighborhood realized their master bath and kitchen were showing their age and needed a custom makeover. They generally liked the room layouts, but they wanted a more modern look with upgraded materials. They sought out TriFection and asked for design ideas that would fit their tastes and budget. Following an in-home consultation, we helped them reach the conclusion that the master bath remodel should be addressed first.
For this bathroom remodeling project, our clients wanted some additional storage space to eliminate “counter clutter.” So, we deleted the seldom-used knee space at the vanity area in favor of more custom cabinet drawers. We also added a tower cabinet on the countertop and a headknocker cabinet in the water closet.
The shower and bathtub areas were functional but the cultured marble surrounds, gold-framed shower glass and pre-fab shower pan served as an outdated tribute to the 1990s. The TriFection selections team would help these clients find a modern, custom look for the remodeling project that would completely transform their builder-grade bathroom with a luxury feel.
