At some point between cramming a dinner platter into the back of their cabinet shelving once more and wiping down boring builder-grade, gray counters, a young family in Pearland decided they were done with settling for less than they deserved in their kitchen. They planned to be in their house for a number of years and wanted to truly enjoy this space for family time and other entertaining. After hearing about TriFection on home improvement expert Tom Tynan’s radio program, they gave us a call. Our home remodeling company’s focus on custom craftsmanship and smart design set us apart from the competition. Our clients knew they could get the kitchen they wanted exactly by partnering with TriFection.
Custom cabinetry and unique granite
TriFection cleared the kitchen space and installed new maple wood cabinetry, finished in a Weathered Teak stain with Berenson brushed tin hardware. We included custom design features like a pullout spice rack, vertical shelving, bi-fold doors and deep storage drawers that would make their space more functional. Our clients opted for new granite countertops of Typhoon Bordeaux from Midwest Tile, Marble and Granite, but chose Black Marinace granite to strike a contrast with their center island countertop. All were fabricated with a half bullnose edge.
Our professional tilers installed a new backsplash of Amaretti Blend Random Brick pattern mosaic tile from ProSource, but our clients chose to keep their floor tile to remain within budget, and we simply repaired small areas of floor tile affected by the remodel. We also reinstalled existing appliances, including their Samsung French door refrigerator, LG microwave, and dishwasher. Our clients did purchase a new Miele gas cooktop from Ferguson and we installed it in the island along with a new stainless steel vent hood above it. TriFection installed a Kohler white apron-front kitchen sink and a Delta pullout spray kitchen faucet. We also added new LED undercabinet lights to brighten the room.
Excellent entertainment area
Our clients’ home featured a built-in entertainment wet bar off of their main living room in sight of the kitchen. TriFection remodeled this space as well to match the kitchen, with brand new cabinetry and matching hardware. We also installed a Black Marinace granite countertop. With TriFection’s custom craftsmanship, our clients’ request for hanging glass rails and square cubby holes was easily achieved. We installed a wine cooler and placed a plate glass mirror for the backsplash.
Perfect in Pearland
Our clients are very happy with their custom kitchen remodel. They have kitchen and entertainment spaces that not only look beautiful but function well to meet their family’s needs. Without changing their kitchen footprint, our clients greatly increased their storage. They have also designated spaces for small appliances and serving dishes. These clients even have designated drawer space for their kids’ art supplies and room left over! Congratulations on your new kitchen!
