TriFection Starts to Remodel Oak Ridge Kitchen
Our clients’ kitchen is not a relatively large space. A wall separating the kitchen from the living room made it feel more confined. In determining the best options for a new kitchen design, we first had to understand their intended usage and new appliances. They wanted a more open, entertainment-friendly kitchen, so the upper portion of a wall would be removed. Additionally, the wife made it very clear she loved her current pantry closet, so it would remain.
We shared our thoughts on an appliance package, including the most efficient placement in the new kitchen. The refrigerator would be relocated, which required moving another wall to allow proper depth. The associated framing, electrical, and plumbing work would be no problem for skilled TriFection craftsmen. Lastly, our new cabinet design eliminated unnecessary furdowns and increased storage capacity.
Kitchen Brings Joy Before the Holidays…
Aesthetically speaking, our clients wanted a lighter color scheme, as we had achieved in the two remodeled bathrooms. Their chosen paint colors for the Shaker style kitchen cabinets were Pure White and a complementary Storm Cloud. They were extremely pleased with their bathroom countertop selection of Cambria Torquay quartz, so we used it again in the kitchen. The backsplash and floor tile selections were Grigio Basketweave and Tranquility Blue Polished, respectively. As a final touch, they chose Pure White as the wall color.

This retired couple has nearly completed their dream home for the golden years. Besides the obvious remodeling work, we replaced the electrical panel and installed a tankless water heater. We also installed code-compliant electrical circuits and new gas lines. These folks sleep well knowing the house is more structurally sound and much safer.
