Jeff Roberts, President & OwnerJeff is a native Houstonian and has worked in residential remodeling and construction since 1989. He self-funded his college education from Texas A&M University through his work in the industry, earning a bachelor’s degree in biomedical science. Jeff acquired the company now known as TriFection in 1998 and has served as its President ever since. He has overseen thousands of renovation and construction projects across the greater Houston area and remains deeply involved in the management of our sales & design teams as well as all phases of project execution. |

Jeff Reina, Vice President & OwnerJeff is also a native Houstonian, and he joined TriFection after working in the financial services industry for 17 years. He most recently served as a director in the energy investment banking group of Bank of America Merrill Lynch, where he advised public and private companies on strategic and financing initiatives. He now manages TriFection’s accounting, finance, marketing, sales, human resources and business development. He graduated from Texas A&M University with a bachelor’s degree in economics and earned his MBA degree from New York University, specializing in finance and accounting. |

Stuart Whitehair, Project ManagerStuart has worked in the residential construction industry for nearly 35 years. He joined TriFection after owning a successful business in California for 23 years. He has extensive experience in all phases of remodeling, including sales, project management and all of the various trades. Stuart is responsible for scheduling projects and managing the quality control efforts of our craftsmen. His client focus, attention to detail and friendly demeanor will keep you smiling throughout the remodeling process. |

Mike Landskroener, Project ManagerLike other TriFection employees, “Michigan Mike” joined the company after relocating his family from the northern U.S. to the warmer climate and stronger economy found in Houston. Prior to the move, Mike attended Western Michigan University and owned a painting & power washing company in Mendon, Michigan. In his role with TriFection, he oversees the onsite execution of our kitchen & bath remodels and contributes to project scheduling. Kirk Cromer, Construction ManagerKirk possesses more than 25 years of residential construction experience. In 2016, he rejoined TriFection as a Construction Manager after a previous stint with the company as a frame carpenter and cabinet maker. In his current role, Kirk is focused on estimating and managing the execution of large-scale remodeling projects that involve major framing work, including room conversions and additions. His extensive field work allows him to provide valuable input to architectural plans so that what looks good on paper looks great in reality. |

Erin Roberts, Procurement ManagerErin has served as the company’s procurement manager since 2002. She graduated from the University of Houston with a bachelor’s degree in history and French. Among her many responsibilities, she prices, orders and tracks the delivery of various materials, appliances and fixtures. She also meticulously reviews room, cabinetry and tile drawings to ensure accuracy and confirms the completeness of client files prior to project start dates. Erin’s tremendous, often behind-the-scenes efforts contribute greatly to TriFection’s highly efficient operation. |

Gina Gamez, Administrative ManagerGina joined the TriFection team after spending the previous five years as a sales coordinator for the Sherwin Williams commercial facility in Houston, the largest such store in the U.S. In her role with TriFection, Gina manages various administrative functions, including employee time sheets and expenses, vendor and contractor invoices, cabinet shop inventory control, sales lead tracking, and client contract preparation. Her detailed oversight of expenses ensures the lights at TriFection will not only stay on, but shine brightly for a very long time. |

Erica Murray, Sales & Selections AssistantErica joined TriFection with significant experience designing kitchen and bathroom remodels, including her past work at Lowe’s and Kitchen Central, formerly Cabinet Cures. She graduated from The Art Institute of Houston with a bachelor’s degree in interior design. She is very familiar with a wide variety of design solutions, material choices, and project management. In her role with TriFection, she actively supports our sales, design and client relations efforts as well as our material selections team. Erica’s knowledge of all the remodeling phases contributes to great execution. |

Hannah Bryan, Sales AssistantHannah joined TriFection with a professional background rooted in design. Her previous work experience included positions with well-known interior design firms Walker Zanger and Laura U. She graduated from The Art Institute of Houston with a bachelor’s degree in interior design. In her current role with TriFection, Hannah utilizes that design knowledge in support of our sales team. She conducts initial consultations with prospective clients and prepares computer renderings that assist greatly in the visualization of our conceptual ideas. Hannah remains closely involved with our clients from design through completion. |

MacKinley Donaldson, Selections AssistantMacKinley joined TriFection following her experience as an assistant manager in a retail furniture store. In this role, she designed residential spaces using various computer programs and identified styles and colors compatible with customers’ tastes. As a member of TriFection, MacKinley assists our clients with similar choices, creates computer renderings for their approval and coordinates information sharing with our sales and project management teams. MacKinley graduated from Stephen F. Austin University with a bachelor’s degree in interior design. |

Matt Millwee, CarpenterMatt joined TriFection after moving from California, where he worked as a licensed general contractor and owned a woodworking business. Matt’s woodworking knowledge and versatility contribute greatly to the quality and efficiency of our carpentry team. |

Sonny McEvoy, CarpenterSonny joined TriFection with over 20 years of experience in the construction industry. He has a passion for custom craftsmanship, particularly woodworking. He previously served as a project manager at a high-end commercial contractor for over a decade. He managed numerous projects in this capacity, including those for various local churches and the Children’s Museum of Houston. In his current role with TriFection, Sonny builds and installs our custom cabinets as well as other trim work. His talented hands and eye for detail make him a very valuable asset to our team. |

Sam Herrera, CarpenterSam joined TriFection as an apprentice following his completion of his formal training in carpentry trade school. Since that time, he has greatly expanded his knowledge of custom cabinetmaking and trim carpentry by learning from the TriFection veterans.
