Copperfield bathroom with big shower

Our clients in Copperfield decided to ‘throw in the towel’ with their master bathroom after years of putting up with dreary dark beige walls and brazen gold plumbing fixtures. It was time for a change.  After doing what many of us do – mention our problem to family – they received some sage advice from a close relative. Call TriFection; they can help!  Armed with this trusted relative’s referral, they felt very comfortable in their choice of contractor and were excited to begin the process.

Remodeling with better quality materials and crisper colors makes a world of difference in any room. With the help of the TriFection selections team, our clients found they didn’t need to completely change their color palette, just think about materials and shades from a different perspective.

IMG_8436We began by re-building their space from the ground up with an enlarged custom shower (at the expense of a seldom-used bathtub), including a bench seat and doorless entry. We installed 13” AMT Boardwalk, a glazed porcelain tile from Marazzi with soft and smooth natural waves of sandy beige, in diagonal and broken joint patterns on the shower walls. A Tropical Brown mosaic, a mix of glass tile and polished granite, formed a decorative border separating the two patterns and a nice accent for the soap niches.  For the shower floor, our clients chose a complementary 1×1″ hexagonal travertine.  The new bathroom floor features the same AMT Boardwalk tile used in the shower, drawing together the entire space.

Accessories and painting complete the bathroom makeoverIMG_8457

Our clients selected Moen fixtures and accessories with an oil rubbed bronzed finish, including a handheld conveniently placed near the bench seating in the shower.  We also added towel bars and frameless glass with matching hardware.  LED recessed can lighting illuminated and modernized the shower space.

TriFection also spruced up the vanity area by painting the existing cabinets and trim with Sherwin Williams Pure White.  We used Baguette color on the bathroom walls and Bright White on the ceiling.

Family knows best

Our clients are thrilled they listened to family and hired TriFection to transform their bathroom. As a result, they now a enjoy a more modern and functional space with a color scheme that fits their tastes perfectly.  No more tossing in the towels….now they can be hung up in style!
