As a remarkable year drew to a close, the TriFection team gathered for our company Christmas party. The size and location of this annual event serve as a good representation of the company’s tremendous growth in recent years. What began with just a few reserved tables at a quaint Mexican food restaurant has become a private room affair for a much larger group with live entertainment. The much-anticipated party gives our employees, contractors and vendors a chance to unwind a little with their significant others after months of rigorous work, particularly this year, and reflect on our collective accomplishments. TriFection owners Jeff Roberts and Jeff Reina also recognize the company’s top individual performers with special awards. Winners this year included:
Matt Millwee, Breakthrough Performance Award for his greatly advanced cabinet making ability and trim carpentry skills.
Javier Garza, Hardest Working Man Award for his incredible work ethic, loyalty and “Whatever It Takes” mentality, particularly in the months following Hurricane Harvey.
Kirk Cromer, Fireman Award for his rapid management response and highly effective mobilization of resources to address the many “fires” Hurricane Harvey created for TriFection clients all over Greater Houston.
Kevin Soberg, Most Valuable Player Award as the recipient of the top honor bestowed upon a TriFection employee or contractor each year. Kevin is a two-time winner of this award. The value of his many contributions to our custom cabinet shop is immeasurable. He is an extraordinary leader and mentor for our team.
Ceasar Murillo, Hall of Fame Award for recognition of his past service and longstanding, impactful contributions to TriFection.
Following dinner and the awards ceremony, some true personalities and talents (or lack thereof) were revealed as the karaoke music and dancing cranked up…..TriFection is blessed to have assembled such a cohesive, spirited and family-oriented team. Like most organizations, our culture is one of the primary keys to success. We hope all of you enjoyed a similarly wonderful holiday season!
